IMENA.BG AD - The registry of names in the .бг top level zone

Main requirements:

Dispute is carried out for registered domain names in the .бг zone.
If the domain name does not participate in a pair of domain names, the domain name registration is under dispute according to the Terms and conditions of IMENA.BG AD.
If the domain name participates in a pair of domain names and it is requested before the sunrise period (08.02.2017), the domain name registration is under dispute for the pair of domain names (in the .bg zone and the .бг zone), according to the Terms and conditions of Register.BG Ltd., published on https://www.register.bg, as at least one of the domain names from the pair should be registered.
If the domain name participates in a pair of domain names and it is requested after 08.02.2017, the domain name registration dispute is carried out for the pair of domain names (in the .bg zone and the .бг zone), according to the Terms and conditions of IMENA.BG AD.
Names for the registry and reserved names in the .бг zone are not under dispute.
Before creating an application form for domain name registration dispute, it is necessary firstly to create an application form for domain name registration for this domain name with providing grounds to use the name (from the Order menu) and the dispute applicant should be identified.
If the requested domain name for dispute participates in a pair of domain names, then in order to start the dispute procedure, the dispute applicant should be identified for every domain name from the pair and the domain names from the pair should not be blocked.
When a domain name is under dispute according to the Terms and conditions of IMENA.BG AD, it is necessary the dispute applicant to refer to a competent court, because there is not an approved dispute court for solving domain issues.
